Hope Changes Everything!
The ministry theme is based upon the words of Scripture in Paul's letter to the congregation at Rome: "May the God of Hope fill you with all the joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with Hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13) The apostle Paul had been through it all. Because of his commitment to Jesus Christ, he had been jailed, beaten more than once, stoned, shipwrecked and left for dead.
Yet he writes: "May the God of Hope fill you with all the Joy and Peace as you trust in Him." To place your life in the hands of the crucified and risen Savior is to have the joy and peace of eternal hope. This changes everything forever. Resurrection hope, empowered by the Spirit of God, then becomes the resource for our Christian life. It fills our lives.
