Summer is in full swing and August is just around the corner. We had a fantabulous time in VBS this year and we can’t wait to share our next adventure with you. You may have noticed a little construction here and there because God is always at work! #Vision2020 (get the full scoop here) The project has provided some great opportunities to see really cool machines and how the process of building works. It’s also provided a chance for Family Worship this summer.
During the month of August until September 1st, families are invited for a special time of Family Worship. We’ll have a big tent outside where you can grab an activity pack, play games and earn prizes. We’ll have different themes each week and provide different ways for families to experience the message together.
During the same time frame (August until September 1st) due to construction, childcare will also not be available. We have a room right behind the worship center for you to enjoy the service. It’s called the “Family Room.” The name is intentional to create a space in God’s house for the family to gather. We’re happy to have you take advantage of the family friendly environment; just an important reminder that children need to be supervised at all times.
Speaking of gathering– the Gathering Place is also closed for the month of August. A great team of people will be working diligently to bring the blueprints to life. We still encourage you to visit with friends and family as you share experiences at the Kids tent or enjoy the tables out front.
Construction always means that a few adjustments need to be made. We thank you in advance for your patience as God works all things together for the good of all of us and for generations yet to come! Hope really does change everything! Come visit us and check it out!
