For when the church and culture collide, ideas are exchanged, walls are broken down and positive change occurs. At Hope, we believe that being involved and fully immersed in your church is important. From pre-school to adult opportunities there is something for everyone.
i61- 20 Somethings has been such an important part of my walk with God that I almost can’t put it into words. Through attending 20 Somethings, I have gained such an incredible group of friends that I know would do anything for me and are always there to provide Godly support in my time of need. Meeting on Wednesdays is also a blessing because it is right in the middle of the week and that allows me to have a chance to forget all my worries and stresses and decompress and just let God work within me. In terms of the sermons preached, they are all very applicable to our lives as 20 Somethings and the small groups allow us to talk about what resounded in us during the sermon, as well as discuss questions that make each one of us think a little more deeply about how God is potentially trying to work in our lives. I would strongly encourage anyone to attend 20 Somethings because there is something for everyone to learn and it’s a chance to grow closer to God alongside great people.
Sharing the good news, binding up the brokenhearted and renewing the walls of the city – that is the purpose of i61. We are a family focused on ministry within the city of Rochester and beyond. “There is always room” downtown at the Auditorium Theater (lower level). We eat dinner together at 6:30 pm, we worship at 7:15 pm and then host a large group teaching at 7:45 pm. Community time – lots of love and amazing people make up i61 (20 Somethings). Come join us!
