Payment FAQ
The $75 registration fee is for the processing of your registration, and to hold your spot until April 1st.
There is a $130 family max if you are registering more than one child.
This fee is non-refundable.
The Tuition Deposit is $100 per child. This deposit holds your child’s space in their assigned class until September.
This deposit is credited to you in your final tuition payment of the 2023-2024 school year.
We accept payments by credit or debit card through our vendor, Square. Be aware there is a small service fee for each transaction. Each fee is clearly communicated to you before you submit your payment.
We offer alternatives if you do not want to pay the fee.
In order to keep tuition prices low, we pass on the service fee that we are charged when using a credit/debit card vendor.
There are other ways to pay if you do not want to pay the fee.
You can pay by check. We will process your payment according to the postmark date on the envelope.
Make checks payable to “Hope Christian Preschool” and include your child’s name on the memo line.

No, we do not accept cash for registrations, only current student tuition.
Invoices are emailed 30 days in advance of the due dates. We use the email you provided to us as your billing email. If you cannot find your email, please look in your spam folder.

Tuition due dates for the remainder of the 2022-2023 School year are:
12/15/22 3rd tuition payment due
2/15/23 4th tuition payment due
4/15/23 5th tuition payment due (minus your tuition deposit)

Registration Payments
This section is for making payments for the 2023-2024 school year registration process. Once you click the button, you will be taken to our payment vendor site. You will have the opportunity to cancel if you choose to pay by check.
Registration Fee only
To pay the $75 Registration Fee for one child, click here. The service fee wil be $2.18 for a total of $77.18
To pay the family max Registration fee of $130 click here. The service fee will be $3.77 for a total of $133.77.
Registration Fee & Class Deposit
To pay the $75 Registration Fee and the $100 Class Deposit (due April 1, 2023) for one child, click here. The Service fee will be $5.08 for a total of $180.08
To pay the family max Registration Fee of $130 and the Class Deposit for 2 children, click here. The service fee will be $9.57 for a total of $339.57.
Class Deposit Due April 1, 2023
To pay the $100 Class Deposit fee for one child. The service fee will be $2.90 for a total of $102.90
To pay the $100 Class Deposit fee for two children. The service fee will be $5.80 for a total of $205.80.
