About Worship Services at Hope

While of the utmost importance is each person’s individual response to His invitation of saving grace, bringing each into a saving relationship with Him, we believe His command is clear that we are to gather TOGETHER, to celebrate His name, be empowered by His word, building each other up for the plan He has for each of us and remembering His day of rest.

Hope offers four opportunities to encounter this Living God: Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings, with worship that is relevant, creative and truth telling, standing purely on the Word of God.

Elevate
Saturday @ 5:00 PM

Elevate follows a contemporary worship format, surrounding scripture and messages with creative multimedia, blending pop Christian music with praise choruses and classic hymns led by a band with choral and vocal team support.

CLASSIC HOPE
Sunday @ 8:15 AM

Classic Hope has a more traditional worship format, surrounding scripture and a message with musical offerings by choirs or ensembles, and traditional hymns led by organ.

Hope Alive
Sunday @ 9:45 & 11:15 AM*

Hope Alive has a contemporary worship format, surrounding scripture and messages with creative multimedia, blending pop Christian music with praise choruses and classic hymns led by a band with choral and vocal team support.

CHILD CARE (VIA OUR KID'S PROGRAM) IS AVAILABLE DURING BOTH HOPE ALIVE SERVICES.

*OUR 11:15 HOPE ALIVE SERVICE IS ASL INTERPRETED.

Battle Scars

October 27th & 28th The Soundtrack of Suffering

You can listen to the dirge of suffering or to the still small voice that is mightier than anything life throws at you. Possible Scripture - Elijah and the whisper of God, or Job and the voice of God, Jesus and Mary at the empty tomb.

November 3rd & 4th The Scars of Battle

Jesus showed His wounds to His disciples after the Resurrection. What used to be marks of extreme pain, God turned into signs of victory, redemption, healing and hope. He can do the same with your scars.

November 10th & 11th The Greatest Victory of All

There were some great victories in battle – Washington and the Potomac, the battle of Trenton, D-day, etc. Nothing like Jesus’s victory at the cross and empty tomb.

Thanksgiving-2018

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this church is. Hope is a family. They are warm, accepting and truly care, especially when you need somewhere to turn. They have groups and events for children, teens, college students and adults that help bring you closer in your relationship to God and others within the church community. I highly recommend this church to anyone.
