2023-2024 Tuition Payments
All payments can be made by check, ACH, cash(during school hours) or charge card.

Rochester, NY 14626 - Checks must arrive by the payment due date or they will be considered late.
- If you would like to pay through your bank account (ACH), there is a 1% fee. Please email Sherry Trerise
at sherrytrerise@sharethehope.org requesting to pay by ACH so an invoice can be sent. - To pay by credit card, choose the appropriate category below to find your appropriate amount. Know there is a 2.9% service fee added to each payment.
To use a charge card to pay your bill, select the appropriate button. Please know there will be a 2.9% service fee.

- One Child Registration Fee – One Child $100 plus a $2.90 service fee for a total of $102.90
- Family Max Registration Fee – $180, which is the family max plus the service fee of $5.22 for a total of $185.22
- Pay Tuition Deposit for one child of $125 plus the service fee of $3.62 for a total of $128.62
- Pay Tuition Deposit for two children of $250 plus $7.25 service fee for a total of $257.25
Your Tuition Deposit reserves your spot in class until school starts.
- Pay for Mini Toddler (Intro Session) $52 plus $1.51 service fee for a total of $53.51
- Pay for Mini Toddler (Winter Session) $65 plus $1.88 service fee for a total of $66.88
- Pay for Mini Toddler (Spring Session) $78 plus $2.26 service fee for a total of $80.26
- Pay for All Three Sessions $175 plus $5.08 for a total of $180.08
- Pay for Toddler (Intro Session) $60 plus $1.74 service fee for a total of $61.74
- Pay for Toddler (Winter Session) $75 plus $2.18 service fee for a total of $77.18
- Pay for Toddler (Spring Session) $90 plus $2.61 service fee for a total of $92.61
- Pay for all Three Sessions Toddler $202 plus $5.86 for a total of $207.86
Payment FAQ
The $100 registration fee is for the processing of your registration, and to hold your spot until April 1st.
There is a $180 family max if you are registering more than one child.
This fee is non-refundable.
The Tuition Deposit is $125 per child. This deposit holds your child’s space in their assigned class until September.
This deposit is credited to you in your final tuition payment of the school year.
We accept payments by credit or debit card through our vendor, Square. Be aware there is a small service fee for each transaction. Each fee is clearly communicated to you before you submit your payment.
We offer alternatives if you do not want to pay the fee.
In order to keep tuition prices low, we pass on the service fee that we are charged when using a credit/debit card vendor.
There are other ways to pay if you do not want to pay the fee.
You can pay by check. We will process your payment according to the postmark date on the envelope.
Make checks payable to “Hope Christian Preschool” and include your child’s name on the memo line.

No, we do not accept cash for registrations, only current student tuition.
Invoices are emailed 30 days in advance of the due dates. We use the email you provided to us as your billing email. If you cannot find your email, please look in your spam folder.
