Updates

  • Bev Janosky, has been a highly respected manager who has overseen all ministry operations. However, she will be stepping down in July, and her absence will be felt. Please see the posted job description on Monday March 4th for the Executive Ministry Director a greatly needed position and pray for someone to fill this role.
  • Are you looking for a way to connect with other people and enhance your Christian journey? The church offers Hope Groups, which you can join. Hope Groups are an excellent way to grow and form meaningful connections with those around you. To learn more about these groups, you can join us at the upcoming Grouplink on Sunday, March 24 (11 am at Brockport or 6 pm at Greece) Also, you can find out more in the Hope App on our website at sharethehope.org/groups or by emailing groups@sharethehope.org.
  • Lent is a time of repentance and spiritual focus that many Christians observe in the weeks preceding Easter. We will continue to gather on Wednesdays until March 20 for dinner and worship together. Please register for this Wednesday’s dinner on Sunday so we can prepare food for you! It is a special time for us to connect and reflect.
  • Easter is a special time of celebration for Christians all over the world. It’s a time to come together and rejoice in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and all that it represents for us as believers. We invite you to join us for Easter at Hope, where we will be holding Maundy Thursday and Good Friday services at 7 pm, with Easter services taking place on Saturday, March 30, at 5 pm, and Easter Sunday at our regular service times (8 am, 9:30 am, and 11 am). If you’re in Brockport, we’ll meet in person for Good Friday at 7 pm and Easter Sunday at 9:30 am. If you can’t make it in person, don’t worry – our services will also be available online at EasteratHope.org. We hope to see you there!
  • “Discovering the 5G’s” is a class designed for those new to Hope and interested in becoming a member of our community. In this class, you will learn about our journey as believers in Jesus and what the 5G’s – Gospel, Gather, Grow, Give, and Go – are all about. These 5G’s will guide us toward fulfilling our shared mission of spreading the hope of Jesus to those who need it the most. The class will begin on April 7, and you can register online or through the app.
  • Two new Bible studies begin in April. Shadows of Things to Come in Brockport and the Book of Job in Greece. Sign up online sharethehope.org/register or in the App.
  • Communion will take place on March 3.
  • Meet the Pastor at Greece on March 3. Meet the Pastor at Brockport on March 10.
