Operation Christmas Child
at Hope Church
Our church, in partnership with Operation Christmas Child, puts together shoeboxes full of gifts, supplies, and personal letters. Join us this coming season to bless a child with a gift and a prayer-filled shoebox! We sent over 700 last year.
Our collection begins on October 18 & ends on November 15, 2026.

Outside of our annual shoebox packing at Hope before Thanksgiving, our global partner Samaritan’s Purse also offers the opportunity to build a box online for a cost all year long. If you missed the shoebox event or prefer to participate entirely online, you can join our goal to Build a Box Online by 12/06/26.
Our small groups are places where people can pursue authentic community and spiritual growth. When you join a group, you will spend time socializing, learning, and praying together. All you have to do is show up, join in, and be real.

If you’re thinking about packing a shoebox gift for a child this year and could use some tips on what to put in a box, where to shop and how to pack a fun and full box, Pat Slesak will be offering a class to help you do just that. It’s no secret that prices are high on everything we buy today but you can still find quality items at affordable prices if you know where to look for them. As an added bonus for attending the class, you’ll have a chance to purchase a WOW item to start your box, like a doll, a soccer ball or stuffed animal, at a greatly reduced cost. The class will be held on Sunday, October 25 th at 10:45 in the lower level.

How is your relationship with your future or current spouse? Hope for Couples hosts two multi-week class groups for those preparing for marriage and those in the midst of marriage.

Classes are held at 1301 Vintage Lane, Rochester, NY aka Hope Greece. There is a cost of $50 per couple for each class.
Merge provides a fun place to find clarity and confidence in your relationship’s next step through biblical teaching, authentic community, and guided conversations about the topics that matter most. Completing Merge is a requirement for any couple desiring to be married by a pastor at Hope Church. Cost: $50 per couple
Re|engage offers a safe place for couples to reconnect through stories of hope, biblical teaching, and small groups. Cost: $50 per couple
Hope’s Health, Wellness, and Sports activities provide recreation in a Christ-centered environment. We welcome participation from all in the community. Signup on our interest form to be notified of updates by our activity leaders.
